As always ....excellent! Right on time. Hygienist did an excellent job. Dr. Paisley was excellent as always and a pleasure to visit with. Bromley Park dental is probably the only reason I look forward to the next visit at the dentist.

Called to check if this office accepts my insurance and the receptionist wouldn’t check to see if they accepted it. She stated that they check a couple days before your appointment. I have never once had a medical office refuse to check insurance when making an appointment. What happens when they call two days before my appointment and they don’t take my insurance? Too late to schedule with another dentist at that point. Your office staff is clearly lacking the motivation to do their job and customer service skills. We will take our business elsewhere as it is clear you didn’t want it.

Bromley Park Dental is always attentive and does what they can for their patients. Even in the uncertain times of COVID and the back up of appointments, they worked hard to accommodate.

Very experienced staff and very gentle. Would recommend.
