This office is incredible. My MIL has dementia, and they were very good with her. She was at ease and not fearful thanks to their caring manner.

Everyone is very friendly! Dr. Case is so nice and really cared about my comfort while working on my teeth. They even pulled the TV right straight in front of me and asked what channel I wanted it on! Lol

They got me in early and the extraction process was quick. Dr. Ramirez and staff were very friendly and I had no issues.

I had a really hard time accepting that my teeth were so bad and I had to have them all extracted and have dentures. I tried so hard to take good care of my teeth, I guess I failed. Then, along came Dr. Ramirez!! He was so reassuring, took time with me and most importantly, HE LISTENED! Unfortunately, a lot of people in the medical/dental profession, don’t listen. When I got my dentures I don’t think I was completely aware of what was going to happen. I thought it was going to be easy, peezey and boom life was great and I could eat anything, NOT! So, I met with Dr. Ramirez again and he adjusted them. After going back 2X, he worked miracles!! I had sores and they were just so painful. They “rocked” whenever I ate. I wanted to throw them in the trash! But, after the last visit he made them 99.9999% perfect. For the first time I could eat! No pain, no movement! I was so excited I was trying just a bite of different things and I COULD EAT!! I could go in forever but, Dr. Ramirez is a very intelligent, thoughtful, caring young man who is also extremely professional and knowledgeable! I give a “👍🏼“ to him, his dental assistant and the office staff. I will highly recommend to whomever will listen! If they have tooth/teeth issues, go to BROMLEY PARK DENTAL!! Thanks again Dr. Ramirez! I know it sounds corny, but I truly feel you gave me a new lease on life and own some doors for me. I feel better about my appearance and even healthier. I can’t say Thank you enough!!

Professional work up on the problem items. Everyone from the front desk to Doc are polite and ready to help. Outstanding cleaning also! On Friday the 2nd- of October- did a clean and gum check up. Good stuff, had job interviews. Smiled with confidence!

Friendliness caring n prompt. They truly care about You n Your needs. Dr. R and hiss assistant are so gentle. Not much talking , let’s get it done. Then we can visit. Always explains what he is doing and going to do. I really can’t say enough because “I” am that big coward you always hear about. So Thank you Bromley Park Dental, for caring so much.
