Great dental office! Dr. Paisley takes the time to listen to your concerns and Megan, my hygienist, is very thorough.

It was my first visit to Bromley Park Dental, and I must say I could not have been more pleased. The office staff were very welcoming, the hygienist was super friendly, and did a very nice job, And Dr. Paisley was absolutely wonderful! He did a great job at analyzing my teeth and gums so he had his own dad for moving forward. My time with him was not at all rushed, which is a rare thing to find these days.

Everything about this office is first rate. My review, here, is based upon my last visit. I give this review 1 stars because of Rebecca Case’s interruption during my last treatment appointment. Ms. Case is the newest dentist here, and this was my first encounter with her. I was in the chair and my - stellar - hygienist had just begun working on me for about 10 minutes when Case abruptly entered the room and interrupted the treatment. She re-did an x-ray the hygienist had already done {I wonder if Ms. Case occasioned me an additional charge for that...} then she wanted to do her eval right then instead of waiting until the hygienist was completely finished with the performance of her duties. I've been going here for years and this was the first time that ever happened. And, again, EVERYTHING about this office has been nothing less than wonderful! It interfered with my appointment, it was sloppy, it was unprofessional, and it was rude; to both myself and my hygienist. For Ms. Case to interrupt my hygienist, as well as myself, early in the treatment process to serve her own interest was uncalled for and she offered no justification nor an apology- to, at minimum, the hygienist. This miffed me a little just on the face of it, and the hygienist had to kind of start over when Case finally left. Because Case asked my hygienist if she had ‘found anything’, Case made it obvious she would have been able to do a better eval if she had waited until the proper time. I also felt Ms. Case was a little demeaning in the manner she talked to me = like I was a 5-year-old.
